24th Visegrad Art Assembly will be held from 25 to 29 August. Acting Director of the City Gallery Slavko Tusevljak said that it is a traditional Art assembly, which is recognizable in the wider area.

“We expect about twenty participants from the Republic of Srpska, the Federation of BiH, Serbia and Montenegro,” says Tusevljak. He emphasizes that the artists will take part in the Painting Colony, among them sculptor Ljubomir Lacković from Zemun, academic painter Vladan Terzic and other well-known painters. “For the first time we will connect Andricgrad and the Art Colony, which was not the case before,” added Tusevljak.

The creators will search for motifs for works of art in the Dobrun Monastery, on the Old Town Old Bridge, in Andricgrad, the Drina canyon and elsewhere. The Organizer of the Fine Arts Assembly is the City Gallery Visegrad, with the patronage of Visegrad Municipality and Visegrad Hydroelectric Power Plant.
