“Licider heart” is the International Children’s folklore dance festival which is traditionally held every year in mid-August in a famous tourist destinations of Western Serbia: Uzice,Mokra Gora, Pozega, Bajina Basta, Zlatibor and in Visegrad, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The organizer of the festival is the Association of citizens “Era” from Uzice, while participants are children aged 8 to 16 from Serbia and surrounding countries, with their traditional dances. The main goal of the festival is the contribution to strengthening friendly relations between countries, promotion of culture, tradition as well as promotion of tourist offer. During the festival days, numerous humanitarian campaigns and sale of licider hearts are organized. During the festival, one festival day is held on the streets of Visegrad, with an evening performance in Andrictown.
