In the beautiful ambience of the valley of the Drina river there is a well-known restaurant “Kafana Anika”. On the Sarajevo-Uzice road, only 400 meters away from the Mehmed Pasha Sokolovic bridge. Free parking space for our guests (cars and tourist buses).
What we are especially proud of is our own brand “Visegradski cevap”, which you can only try in our two establishments in Visegrad.
Visegradski cevap
Visegrad cevap comes from the Turkish word “kebab” which means finely chopped meat. There are numerous polemics about cevap, many would like to be the first who made it. Here in Visegrad,
cevap have been made on the grill for the last few decades, just like in other places in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We believe that our recipe can enter the list of the Bosnian specialty called cevap, precisely because it is prepared in a traditional way, exclusively from beef, and is fried on charcoal. For the sake of personal recognition and identity, in the Anika restaurant, we combined two cevaps into one, the so-called tile and called it Visegrad cevap.
