The organizer of the event ” The Drina fish pot” is the Tourist Organization of Visegrad Municipality, it is held every year in September, on the plateau next to the bridge on the Drina. Participation in the competition part involves the cooking of traditional fish soup, in a kettle on fire, and for the three best placed teams valuable prizes and trophies are provided.
For visitors of the event, the organizer prepares a large fish kettle for free tasting. The goal of the ” The Drina fish pot” is to promote the potentials of the Drina river as well as Visegrad gastronomic offer.
